Accommodation is temporary for 6/12 months

As Accommodation Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of high standards across the park's accommodation, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

You will lead and support the accommodation and housekeeping team, ensuring all accommodation is prepared to the required standard and ready for guest arrival. You will also play a key role in maintaining excellent operational standards during busy periods and peak season.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Accommodation and Housekeeping department.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of housekeeping and accommodation colleagues.
• Ensure holiday homes, lodges and other accommodation are cleaned and prepared to a consistently high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks across accommodation.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rotas and staffing requirements.
• Ensure all accommodation is ready for guest arrival within agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor departmental standards, productivity and performance.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning products, linen, towels and other housekeeping supplies.
• Work closely with Maintenance and other departments to ensure accommodation issues are resolved promptly.
• Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support recruitment, training, onboarding and development of accommodation team members.
• Ensure all relevant health, safety, hygiene and company procedures are followed.
• Monitor departmental budgets and control costs where required.
• Support the wider park management team with the smooth running of the resort.
• Lead by example and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
