Holiday Home Sales Advisor
West Sussex, South Coast
£27,500 Basic + £80k OTE
Monthly incentive to earn an extra £2k per month
Accommodation can be provided
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure customers are communicated transparently at every stage of the purchasing process
- To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for utilising and actioning leads to generate appointments with customers and create a strong customer pipeline.
- To ensure all team funnel activity is recorded in the CRM system daily.
- Drive personal marketing activity to maximise the opportunities
- To ensure FCA regulated activity and financial discussions with customers are confidential and are conducted to the expected standard
- To ensure all team funnel activity is recorded in the CRM system alongside contact and appointment boards are up to date daily.
- Adhere to all GDPR requirements and practise, ensuring data safe .
- Act as ambassadors for the park both inside and outside of work.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Strong ethics and trust / integrity
- Target hitter with a passion for results and exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong empathy, self-awareness and adaptability
- The ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
- Smart appearance
- Professional and outgoing personality
- Strong administration skills and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, and experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Flexible hours to support business needs / workload.
