At HPL, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen professional, to take on an exciting opportunity in Dorset. We are looking for someone with experience in Chef De Partie as you will be entering a busy environment from the get-go!

Day to day:

• Deliver high-quality dishes consistently, whilst training under and learning from the Head Chef.
• Contribute to menu development, creating new recipes and specials
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the wider park team to ensure a great experience for our guests.
