Food & Beverage Manager
Salary - £30k - £40k DOE + Bonus
Hours are 43 per week with less hours in winter
Accommodation can be offered - £11.10 per day
Do you have previous holiday park experience and are looking for a move to the beautiful North Devon coast? Then we have the role for you! We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring valuable hospitality industry experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate self-motivation and exceptional customer service.
Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be available for working evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays
- Live-in accommodation available for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer service and team efficiency, adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.
- Manage financial performance, covering cash, stock, cellar, security, and Health & Safety.
- Follow administrative processes, contribute to annual budget compilation, and handle customer complaints.
- Foster team relationships through support, coaching, and appraisals.
- Maintain cleanliness in bars, restaurants, cellars, and customer areas.
- Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.
- Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
- Adhere to stock takes, delivery, and cellar management procedures.
- Enforce relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, hygiene, fire, and licensing laws.
- Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.
- Control costs, including stocks and wages, in line with business needs.
- Maximize income by analysing and responding to weekly financial results.
