About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Spa Therapist to join a great team and deliver exceptional treatments and experiences to their guests.

 

As Head Spa Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments while maintaining the highest standards of customer care, hygiene and professionalism.

 

You'll also play an important role in supporting the wider spa team, helping to maintain standards and creating a calm, welcoming environment for every guest.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional head spa, scalp and relaxation treatments.
• Carry out consultations to understand each guest's needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service from arrival through to completion of treatment.
• Maintain high standards of treatment quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
• Recommend suitable products and additional treatments where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat bookings.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior therapists where required.
• Maintain accurate treatment and client records.
• Follow all company health & safety and treatment procedures.
• Keep up to date with new treatments, products and industry trends.
• Support promotional events and other spa activities.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Spa Therapist, Head Therapist, Beauty Therapist or similar.
• Qualified in relevant beauty, spa or massage treatments.
• Passionate about wellness, relaxation and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Confident carrying out consultations and recommending treatments.
• Friendly, professional and confident with customers.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working as part of a team while taking responsibility for your own clients.
• Passionate about developing your skills and keeping up with industry trends.

Previous experience within a hotel, resort, luxury spa or health club would be advantageous.
