HPL are working with a reputable family-run operator who are looking for a Holiday Home Sales professional to maximise sales across their two parks, alongside helping with the marketing of the holiday home sales operation.

 

The position involves overseeing the sale of holiday homes across two family-owned, five-star holiday parks. You will work with prospective buyers throughout the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion, addressing questions and resolving any issues along the way. The role also requires a structured and organised approach, with responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective sales processes across the parks.

 

Alongside sales activity, you will work closely with the existing marketing manager to ensure social media channels reflect current activity on both parks. You will also support the marketing manager and PR consultant with wider marketing tasks as required.

 

The role includes attending holiday shows and events, engaging with visitors, and clearly explaining the practical benefits of owning a caravan or lodge on the parks.

 

This is an opportunity to work across two established holiday parks in a varied role that combines sales, marketing support, and customer engagement, with scope to develop the parks’ holiday home offering further.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the holiday home sales operation to ensure it runs efficiently, profitably, and successfully
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
  • Upholding and actively promoting company values, best practice, and all relevant legal and compliance standards
  • Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with holiday home owners
  • Gathering feedback from owners regarding park facilities and services
  • Handling customer enquiries with a constructive, empathetic approach, considering the customer’s perspective at all times
  • Managing customer feedback, concerns, and compliments in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to final delivery, handover, and completion of all required documentation
  • Proactively monitoring and assisting with the resolution of any after-sales issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Managing the business’s social media presence across all platforms
  • Working with all areas of the business to ensure the business as a whole runs smoothly
  • Creating engaging and informative marketing content
  • An interest or knowledge in golf and fishing would be advantageous, though not essential
