Holiday Home Sales Advisor (3 Parks)

Cornwall

Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

 

We are partnered with a national Holiday Park operator who are looking for a Sales Executive to cover 3 of their beautiful parks in Cornwall.

 

Role Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving holiday home sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling holiday homes in line with company sales processes and targets
  • Proactively generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Conducting holiday home handovers and ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records, paperwork and sales administration
  • Supporting the presentation and upkeep of holiday homes and sales areas
  • Liaising with other departments to support the sales process and resolve any issues
  • Monitoring stock and reporting any maintenance or presentation concerns
