Holiday Home Sales Executive

North Wales

£25,450 + Uncapped Commission

Opportunity to sell across 2 parks

Accommodation can be provided

 

You will actively promote, assist and secure profitable sales of holiday homes from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets and growing the owner base across two busy parks.

 

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Sell new and pre owned holiday homes, managing all enquiries professionally
  • Develop strong knowledge of finance packages to provide complete solutions for customers
  • Maintain profitability by understanding margins and deal structures
  • Keep up to date with market trends and adapt to consistently hit targets
  • Generate new interest through marketing initiatives and follow up existing leads
  • Provide telesales support to drive additional sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to existing owners and keep them informed of park updates
  • Report warranty claims to the Aftersales team
  • Support the Sales Manager to ensure a smooth and well organised sales office
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Confident in telesales and face to face selling
  • Strong influencing and negotiation ability
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • A team player with a positive, driven attitude
  • Computer skills preferred but not essential
