We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of a busy, multi-channel marketing function – digital, print, signage and out-of-home (OOH) – to drive bookings, holiday home sales, hotel reservations, and on-site guest engagement.

 

This role isn’t just about running campaigns, it’s about strategy, innovation, and results. You’ll be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy, keeping on top of the latest trends in SEO, paid media, AI-driven tools, and integrated offline design, and advising leadership on the best way to maximise revenue.

 

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and managing all digital marketing activity – from strategy to execution
• Creating, overseeing, and optimising printed marketing materials, resort signage, and OOH campaigns
• Working closely with department managers to support financial targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborating with Revenue and Holiday Home Sales Managers to deliver campaigns that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert sales
• Acting as brand guardian across all channels, managing budgets, and embedding continuous improvement through insight, testing, and innovation
• Leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, creativity, insight generation, and campaign performance
