Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Meet or exceed targets for caravan and lodge sales through customer tours, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support sales staff to ensure high standards of service and professional interaction.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Implement marketing strategies and enhance the digital presence of award-winning holiday parks.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for existing and prospective holiday home owners, providing excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and competitor activity to boost performance. 
     
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a face-to-face sales environment, ideally within high-value sectors like holiday homes, property, or automotive.
  • Ability to sell lifestyle-led products in a customer-focused, non-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
