At HPL, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen professional, to take on an exciting opportunity in the Cotswolds.

 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef who’s ready to step up.

 

You’ll be joining a solid kitchen team of chefs on a busy, year round holiday park, with real progression on offer. The plan is to develop you into a Head Chef position within 12–16 months, so this isn’t just another Sous role, it’s a clear pathway forward.

 
Day to day:


Supporting the day to day running of the kitchen
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider team
Maintaining high standards across service and prep
Leading shifts and supporting junior team members
Split shifts depending on business levels

 

What we are looking for: 

 

Proven experience as a Sous Chef (essential)
Strong leadership and organisation skills
Someone who can handle a busy service and lead from the front
Ambition to step into a Head Chef role
