At HPL, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen professional, to take on an exciting opportunity in Norfolk. We are looking for someone with experience as a Sous chef as you will be entering a busy environment from the get-go! This role is working with a busy hotel in the Norfolk area.
 
Day to day:
 
- Deliver high-quality dishes consistently, whilst training under and learning from the Head Chef.
- Contribute to menu development, creating new recipes and specials
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider park team to ensure a great experience for our guests.
