About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join a great team and provide exceptional treatments and experiences for their guests.

 

You'll be responsible for delivering a range of spa and beauty treatments, ensuring every guest feels relaxed, looked after and receives the highest standard of service.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to a high standard.
• Carry out consultations and understand each guest's individual needs.
• Provide a warm, friendly and professional service throughout the guest journey.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on guest requirements.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate client and treatment records.
• Encourage repeat bookings and build strong relationships with guests.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.
• Follow all health & safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Keep up to date with treatments, products and developments within the spa and wellness industry.
• Support spa promotions, events and special offers where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist or similar.
• Passionate about health, wellbeing and delivering excellent customer service.
• Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with guests.
• Comfortable carrying out consultations and recommending treatments.
• Well presented and able to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about developing their skills and knowledge.

Previous experience within a hotel, resort, luxury spa or health club would be advantageous.
