What You’ll Be Doing as a Holiday Park General Manager
• Inspiring teams across reception, housekeeping, catering, maintenance and activities to bring their best.
• Elevating the guest journey by listening, adapting. Every detail matters.
• Running the business. Keep an eye on budgets, revenue, and margin, so the park thrives today and tomorrow.
• Collaborating across functions. Work closely with HR, HSE, finance and more, to deliver a smooth, safe operation.
• Planning ahead. Tackle projects, off season logistics, audits, improvements.
• Problem-solving positively. Handle challenges with empathy and lead forums or feedback sessions that build trust.
